Alternative 1:

9 + 5 + 5 = 19

19 x 25 = 475

475 - 50 - 1 = 424

Alternative 2:

That's obviously excluding the times I've been to the studio to see the show recorded.

The last time I watched a show live must have been at least 1 year ago, so not in the Stelling/Riley era.
