Another Mayor On The Show

Well, as all Countdowners now, the show as originally hosted by Richard Whiteley, the Mayor of Wetwang.

But, now it seems that another mayor, or rather, mayoress is joining the show.

The Mayoress of Ribble Valley is recording in Manchester on Tuesday.

I'll be there watching, I wonder if anyone else is?

I won't be there either but I WAS in Clitheroe last week for a wedding, subsequently now catching up on all last week's programmes.
I thought I was good at Countdown until I joined this forum

It should certainly make for interesting viewing if she's anything like the last woman by that name to appear on the show (series 59).

Yeah, they should have brought forward her appearance to now, then we could have had group feeling of deja vu from Episode 4646.
