Spoilers for Monday 20 July - Series 94 Episode 16

Susie offered TELOGEN - defined as resting phase of a hair. As there was an S left it would have been nice to know why it's a mass noun - why can't a hair have more than one resting phase, even if it has to be a faulty hair to so have?
