On this day in 1954 English musician Neil Tennant was born, he was a former journalist that worked for the teen magazine Smash Hits, he co-founded the Pet Shop Boys with his friend Chris Lowe in 1981, they are still going strong to this day writing music and touring with no signs of slowing down or no immediate plans to retire as yet, Happy 69th Birthday to Neil Tennant enjoy your day !
