If I'm loosing, 3 large. If I'm tighting, 1 large.

2 large can be pretty evil, despite what any computer analysis will tell you. There's often no obvious start point. It might be the easiest selection given 30 minutes, but in 30 seconds it has to be 1 large.

I am quite often thrown off by 2L, and used to miss easy 4L sums. 1L is my standard- take any other selection bar 2L as my risk strategy. Having said that, I have been prone to missing easy 1L's if ther have been more than 1 of the same number (similarly with letters!)

Depends on the circumstances. I'd rarely pick 3 or 4 large.
