She gave the 'Call My Bluff' answer away, by saying that it was an adjective before giving the possibilities, two of which were nouns. Or did I imagine that?

Obviously there's two footballers there which are the most likely stumbling blocks.
One is Premiership and perhaps fairly recognisable to football fans. The other is international, played in the World Cup, and enjoyed an important role in one of the big upsets.

I wasn't sure about the top part except for the I bit but i think the bottom line is
coffee and done a poo which might help with the top bit?
