I was thinking of something more like the Collins list where each word has a short definition or cross reference etc, so a fusion of dictionary and word list, which would be more suitable for the pencam. Also the Jim/Corby list, while 99% excellent, could do with an audit in some areas like plurals, adjective inflections etc.

Amen. I think when the new edition eventually emerges we should do a proper go-through of it - much like with the Hyper dictionary stuff, but using the existing list as a guide - and try to nail things down a bit more firmly. I'd be up for it, anyway.

If Jim and Corby both compiled it, then why is it called JimDic?
