A possible deal

Post by Jason Larsen »

On the episode of Countdown that aired on Wedmesday, February 4, Rachel Riley revealed that she likes Thai food. There are a lot of Thai restaurants in Seattle. Who thinks I should book Rachel a plane ticket there?

Does your mum like Rachel too? If so, you know what to do.

I think this is a great, Jason! An 18 hour flight to Seattle would really work up her appetite!

But seriously: no. There are many reasons why it's not a good idea for people to buy unrequested airline tickets for TV presenters. Anyway, there are Thai restaurants in Leeds, so I don't think that obtaining her favourite cuisine is really a problem for her.
