Evian
I have just noticed that the word Evian backwards spells Naive. I was wondering if other companies were anagrams of words.
Any suggestions?

I couldn't face drinking Vimto once I realised it was an anagram of vomit.

Re: Evian
TREBOR used to be a sweet manufacturing company.
I used to notice this because as a kid I used to spell my entire name backwards, not just my first and last names, and TREBOR is what my middle name turned into.

Re: Evian
Although not an anagram REEBOK is actually allowed in Countdown. It's a variant spelling of RHEBOK, which is a small South African antelope.

Incidentally, COW and its archaic plural KINE are the only singular-and-plural that have no letters in common (until someone else proves otherwise).Joseph Bolas wrote:NIKE = KINE

NO FUCKING WAY! At around the same time you made this post I noticed the exact same thing while looking at a bottle of water at work! That is plain random! And its happened to me before as well. One morning Emma and I, in separate houses, both thought about a joke in a film which we'd seen ages ago and not thought about at all since then. There'd been no specific mention of it in the media or by friends. We just happened to talk about our musings later and were shocked to discover we'd each thought the exact same obscure thing that morning. We almost felt compelled to go and buy "The Truth" AlmostOliver Garner wrote:I have just noticed that the word Evian backwards spells Naive
For anyone who wants an insight into our twisted minds the joke was the Pillowpants gag from Clerks II. Bizarre.

I'm sure there is a good reason for that.Phil Reynolds wrote:I couldn't face drinking Vimto once I realised it was an anagram of vomit.
