Could somebody get Professor Henry Higgins in to sort out Rachel's vowels. I find it very off-putting to hear her say 'A' and 'I'.

I find her quite pleasant, but I`m afraid her voice often sounds harsh and hard to me.
Not a warm sound.

Not as off-putting as your spelling of 'pronunciation'.
