Actually, Susie, CONIES and CONEYS both correct, I believe. Typing ‘conies’ does not direct, but according to the page:
coney
Pronunciation: /ˈkəʊni/
(also cony)
NOUN (plural coneys)
1 ARCHAIC or Heraldry
A rabbit.
So, going by the second spelling, which is written in subscript:
cony > conies. Afterall ‘conys’ would break the spelling rule; a consonant before the y means the plural becomes -y > -ies.
My 7 in that round was SECONDI.
