If you search for MOULES on ODO it directs to moules marinière; you need to search for moule singular which Susie evidently didn't do. I've added it to the hard-to-find words list in the wiki

Good win for Dan. Now the Spinks finally have a teapot. :)

The usage of ‘moule’ individually is very rare, especially in English, but the ‘moule’ entry suggests it is still as reasonable as the usage of ‘mussel’. I think they need to double-check more habitually.
