First World problems I know.
I use ASDA home delivery and just lately they have been very creative with some of their substitutions.
A Spag Bol ready meal was replaced by a Chicken Curry ready meal.
A barista Oat Milk was replaced by an oat drink.
Dog dental sticks replaced by random dog treats.
Cotton wool buds replaced by cotton wool balls.
I know that I work for Waitrose but at least with their orders they will give you food for free if it has a short date or replace it with a higher end replacement.
Although I do admit Waitrose are desperate for custom and ASDA can be a bit blaze

Re: Interesting substitutions from home shop deliveries
During my Amazon CD-buying days, there was once a marked difference between what I ordered and what I got.
