Into yet another week of Countdown, as we must be closing in on the halfway point of Series 70, which has been a bit underwhelming so far, it has to be said, but I suppose that's mainly down to the fact that the number of Apterites on compared to recent series is dramatically down, but that's just my opinion.

Although, we are in a position of possibly crowning octochamp #2 of the series on Thursday, if Cliff Lee carries on his decent form, which even though it's not quite been the same since his 116 début last Tuesday, it's not gone down so far to suggest he definitely couldn't be an octochamp, but can he at least make it to 5 wins today

Maureen Lipman carries on in DC till Thursday, before we have a welcome return for talkSPORT's Colin Murray on Friday, after nearly 5 years away from the show.
