Spoilers for Thursday January 26th 2012 (Series 66 Prelim 14
First of all, apologies for not being able to count to 13 yesterday. Apparently I must REALLY like the number 12. Anyway, for today's spoiler, I'm going to attempt to make a valid spoiler intro using every valid word that Sri used in yesterday's show, in order (I'll bold the actual words).
Countdown, which I should introduce to the American senate one day, continues on with their newest invitee, Sri Gutta. He appears to be resting in his chair for awhile, having outran the score with an impressive 101 yesterday. Will he continue? Watch your telly from your houses, work places, mansions, or pagodas to find out. Susie, who defines pronate on a bi-weekly basis returns, along with the man who perhaps needs to be retrained in being noticeable and exciting in dictionary corner, Michael Vaughan. And of course, Nick Hewer, who was not so smooth with the two Rachels yesterday, I have a feeling he defers the explanation of that today. What sound bytes will he have today?

Sri's going to be hard to beat in this form. Well played again.
Mike Brown: "Round 12: T N R S A E I G U
C1: SIGNATURE (18) ["9; not written down"]
C2: SEATING (7)
Score: 108–16 (max 113)
Another niner for Adam and yet another century. Well done, that man."

Yeah man. Was not expecting him to see OUTRIDE, classic apto favourite, and he had the conundrum a few seconds before I did. Naturally a very good all-round player, and it will surprise me very much if he doesn't make 8. He's not quite Worsley good, but he'll definitely beef up the standard in the finals, which is nice.
STEADIER is there in the READIEST round, and I had MAFIOSO too (was hoping the 4th vowel would be an O).
769 = (75-3)*10+(50-1) as an alternate in R14.

WIDEOUT in round 7, STIPENDS (from my dad) in round 11.
3rd Numbers Alt: ((75 - 3) x 10) + 50 - 1 = 769
Sri in brilliant form again, definitely a chance of being an octochamp.

STOGIE as an alt in R1 and TOPSIDES as an alt in R11. I thought formosa would be a DC-beater in R2, knowing it was a plant, but it seems to only be part of the latin name of one of the types of dicentra so not in ODE3.
