Discuss anything that happened in recent games. This is the place to post any words you got that beat Dictionary Corner, or numbers games that evaded Rachel.
Today it seems is C-day. The C standing for Croy, as Matt Croy is on the brink of being pushed out of the top 8 of the rankings.
A win for 5-time champ Paul Keane today will demote our policeman Apterite to #9 in the rankings, meaning that he'll miss out on the finals unless, for the 3rd series in a row, someone decides to withdraw at the last minute.
Will Paul be Keane to get a place in the top 8

3rd series in a row, not year. Also Matt will be pushed out not only if Paul wins, but also in the unlikely event he loses with more than 103.
Can you put an S on the end of INDOLE R11?
It's a shame we won't be seeing MC at the finals as he would probably the biggest threat to Graeme and Mark, although in truth his place has been in doubt for some time.
I mistakenly thought you could pluralise CORDAGE in round 2 and played like an idiot for most of the game, finishing miles behind Paul.
1st numbers alts: (50+25-4)x6+1=427 and (50+6+4+1)x7=427
