I'm appearing on the show soon and my friends at uni suggested I come up with a drinking game so we could watch my episode(s) together and make it a bit more interesting. Basically, I browsed a few of the already existing drinking games, and modified them slightly, and made up some of my own rules as well. Thought I'd post the result on here so people on here can play it if they fancy it. Here goes:
Drink 1 finger when:
- Jeff makes a bad joke
- Jeff's height is mentioned
- Rachel says "if you say..." when solving a numbers game
- A rude word (5 letters or more) can be found from the selection.
- A contestant is a student
- A contestant asks for anything other than 1 large
- A contestant says "not written down"
- A contestant blanks a round
- A contestant has a word disallowed by DC
- A contestant says "exactly the same"
- The contestants are on the same score
- No-one scores in a round
Drink 2 fingers when:
- The audience groan at one of Jeff's bad jokes
- A contestant asks for a better letter
- A Q appears in the selection without a U
- A conundrum goes unsolved by the contestants.
Drink 3 fingers when:
- The conundrum goes unsolved by the audience.
- You have a word that beats DC
- Jeff or Rachel suggest a word.
Other rules:
- No alcoholic drinks can be consumed during advert breaks
- If a 9 letter word is found, all drinks must be downed.
- When a contestant has a sip of water, you must sip your drink
- Drink for as long as the conundrum goes unsolved.
- Whoever gets the Teaser correct can nominate anyone to drink 2 fingers
- Add up your scores at the end of the show - whoever loses must down their drink.

This sounds like fun. And it reminds me that my Vodkanundrum Open Challenge is yet to be accepted:Dan McColm wrote:I'm appearing on the show soon and my friends at uni suggested I come up with a drinking game so we could watch my episode(s) together and make it a bit more interesting. Ten seconds per round. Whoever gets the conundrum has to down a shot of vodka. If neither player gets it in ten seconds, both players down a shot. Whoever dies first wins (perhaps).
Probably best to spread this over the day.. perhaps four Vodkanundrums between each COLIN game?
Consider this an open challenge.

This has to be done at the next CO- event. Finishing the event with 20 Vodkanundrums would be excellent.Jon O'Neill wrote:
