On the subject of the conundrum's not working on the dual today

My error tracker says

I got round the bug in the third numbers game by typing the calculation out in full in the box (using brackets )

When playing this top dog game, http://www.apterous.org/viewgame.php?game=207161 I didn't declare in round 3 (as far as I can make out its impossible). It then asked me how to make 0, which I did, and I got the point! Not that I'm complaining or anything. Obviously

Don't know if this is a bug or not but I beat Carol on both rounds 12 and 14 in this start game.

Adam - when you challenge a player - go into the custom menu and you'll see the junior options on there.

Despite my name not being on that list of players above - I'd be interested in either. Might also be a way I can help improve my rating as I get the impression a number of people won't play me because of my low rating.

Gotta agree, and I mentioned this to Charlie last night when he challenged me in Junior mode - I like this. A lot. My letters games need a lot of work, and I reckon if I can spend some time on 7 letter games against the bots, it'll help me build things up for the regular 9 letter game.

Had the same thing with the dual. Was there when I first logged in - lost connection, came back a while later and it had gone.

Liking what I'm seeing. Only comment is that I miss having the brackets available - but getting used to it. Good stuff Charlie.

I still haven't figured out some of them - the goaty ones particularly.

Forum & Apterous newbie here. Watched Countdown off and on since day 1 back in 1982. Now I've purchased myself a PVR - I now record every episode to watch as and when I can. Want to apply at some point, but really need to improve my letters games.
