I know CJ left to concentrate on acting, his last show was shown last week but was surprised there wasn't some sort of tribute or goodbye to him, did he leave suddenly?
Also how was his replacement Dave Rainford (his 1st show shown last week) chosen? I remember he was a previous contestant on Are You An Egghead? but they didn't have a series this year to find a new Egghead.

Actually, CJ's last show wasn't last week, the Dermot shows last week were old ones, CJ's last ones were on a month ago, but yeah, weird that there was no tribute.Jojo Apollo wrote:I know CJ left to concentrate on acting, his last show was shown last week but was surprised there wasn't some sort of tribute or goodbye to him, did he leave suddenly?

CJ may be a knob, but Eggheads just isn't as good without him.
And that's no disrespect to Dave.
