So, we have reached the penultimate week of the Stelling era of Countdown, and in 3 days time the eagerly awaited series finals will be broadcast.

But, before we get super excited, we've got some tidying up to do.

Our current champion is Phyllis Styles, who although she can't become an octochamp this series, she could become one at the start of the next series, so her run should definitely be followed very carefully.
