Here we are at the end of another week in the land of Countdownia.

And as we did at the start of the week, we seem to be ending with a female Apterite in the chair, this time though it's Nikki Roberts, who after a commanding start against Wayne, seemed to fall away near the end, but at least she's already got to say LEOTARD on the show.

Can she make it to the end of today's show and compete again next week

Another win eh. Thought she was better yesterday despite the "nerves have settled" comment at the end there.

Thought the letters were a bit nicer today, more vowels going for sure.
Had peyote in 1, duchies in 7, and solaria in 9 (missing gorillas, boo hiss). Anyone get 8 in R13? Felt like I missed something, but so did DC, so I'm not sure.

I was laughing so much when SOULMATE appeared the second time I forgot to look for the obvious 9.

Not as good as yesterday from Nikki imo although she would have beaten be today. SOULMATE coming up twice in three rounds was bizarre, although it took me until the last second to spot it the second time.

Also, how on earth did the challenger get the first numbers game wrong?
