Although there may have been nothing to be surprised at her death, it surpirsed a lot of people and she is sadly missed.

It's a sad loss and a tragic waste considering that she'd just had her tits done. I was looking forward to many years of them working themselves free of some ill-fitting top as she rolled out of some sleazy crack den, and now we have all been denied this gift.

The paper said she'd been given a check-up on Friday and everything was fine. (Obviously shares a doctor with Michael Jackson. 
) It really sucks. I also found out that the 27 Club is much smaller than I thought it was, and I know less Janis Joplin than I thought I did.
Still, I think this is an excellent time to remember her finest hour (IMO) when she twatted some festival-goer at Glastonbury '08. Respect.

sorry if i offended any phil collins fans earlier. i would apologise to andy but after his unfunny recycled paula yates joke i wont bother. so ive removed phil collins from my deadpool not least cos i can get pete docherty and charlie sheen for the same price. btw if my continual use of lower case pisses people off, mission accomplished !
