So, Graeme has become the first octochamp of Series 65. He has set the benchmark, but who will follow him :?:

2 new challengers will emerge today, one of them I'm told is the Apterite, Matt Croy, can either of them follow in Graeme's footsteps :?:

Join Mike later for the recap of Episode X of Series LXV. :geek:

Oh, and before I go, a nice little bonus: A nice news story around our favourite DC guest ;) :

I hope Matt wins, but if he loses I hope he KTFOs his opponent to live up to his apterous hard man moniker.

Odd that LADINO ( which is a variety of clover) can be pluralised, while CLOVER itself can't. You would think it should be the other way around, since there are many varieties of clover but only one of ladino.

CLOVER CAN BE PLURALISED! Fed up of repeating this. Anyone who has an ODE3 look at page xiii of the Introduction section, which specifically mentions Countdown. CLOVER/CLOVERS is the actual one they use as the example for plants.
