I imagine Declan couldn't believe his luck when both of these blind guesses turned out to be good, especially as the meanings are not at all what you'd expect. Unless he's a "words which look like agent nouns but aren't" specialist, of course.

They don't always record five programmes in one session, Jason. Sometimes it's only four, as was the case on the day when Graham Cole's appearances as guest were recorded. On Thursday 4th September's episode it was mentioned on a number of occasions that it was the last of Graham's stint.

The Bill is one of the longest-running detective shows in Britain. It is one of the few TV shows that has never, ever changed its theme song.

And ironically, I heard him mention Noel Edmonds in one episode!

I recall an occasion where a band on stage became aware that there were plain clothes police in amongst the crowd. They promptly announced it then "dedicated a couple of tunes to them", they did The Bill followed by the Crimewatch theme. Two men.... (not Elvis)... left the building.
