Spoilers For Tuesday April 26th 2011

Post by James Robinson »

So, some people are back at work, some people have taken an extended break, some are on school holiday, but there is no rest for Countdown.

Adrian Turner is the new champ after deposing 1-time winner Chris yesterday. Can he make it 2 out of 2 today :?:

The Krolmeister himself, that's Joseph, not Soph obviously, will be around with the recap later. ;) :) :D

It was stated at the recording that Dr Phil had been delayed by traffic ("stuck in Bath"),
but later it was revealed that his secretary had thought it was a lunchtime start. He seemed
a bit moody as a consequence, but anway get ready for some good medical word spots later in
the week. Also some strong contestants to look forwad to in the next 2 or 3 weeks ....

It will take some tactical play to beat him (I only tied with him today).

Or better skill. :geek: It was a very good performance though, bar that slightly embarrasing numbers miss at the end.

Max minus 1 from me today. Just missed LAMMED and the other available 6's in round 7.

ASOCIAL in round 6, ACTIONER in round 12 and JUDASES in round 13.

2nd Numbers Alt.: ((75 + 6) x 9) + 2 = 731

Did anyone else notice the upside-down M's used as W's in the conundru too :?: :ugeek:

Yes, I noticed that. In the scramble and the solution, so at least they were consistent.
