Ned Pendleton is now a 2-timer, sorry, twice champion, after beating Mike's friend of a friend, Colin Cox, on Friday. Can he make it a hat-trick today

Back in DC after a good first stint last year, is the Peter Crouch of the swimming world, and they probably have about the same skill level in terms of dancing too, Mark Foster.

Another giant, Ryan Taylor, will be giving his version of events in his recap later.

Got excited when I thought for a split-second that Peter Crouch was in DC today.

Andrew Castle was on a couple of weeks ago, so I don't see how this could be seen as a spoiler.
