Cut the Rope

Since Angry Birds has its own thread, I thought I'd start one for what is by far my favourite mobile phone of the moment. In cut the rope, you have to use gravity and various other little tricks to feed a piece of candy to a small green monster. You do this, typically, by cutting ropes.

It's also got a much simpler scoring system than Angry Birds, so you don't have to have done A-Level calculus to figure out how to get three stars as they're all there on the playfield waiting to be collected.
