Try happy wheels, a physics game where you can make your own levels which normally involve a few of your character's limbs falling off.

Right then... Fixing the size issue...
This is what Joseph put in very small font after he said 'I beat Pacman level 256!':

Not really

You are an octopus that is a dad. And you have to do a series of tasks without being discovered as an octopus. It's as good as it sounds.

I'd just like to say how awesome Portal 2 is. Even though it's slightly easier than the first one (so far anyway, I've not finished it yet but I'm up to chapter six and it's probably only that bit easier as I've played the first one and understand the mechanics of it.) and the load screen after every lift is kind of annoying but otherwise its exemplary video game making. And it's one of the funniest things ever. I was in tears laughing at some of the dialogue.

Anyone play L.A. Noire yet? I really want to like it but it's just not fun enough. I've got four cases left but don't know if I can be arsed.

I'm looking forward to a few sequels, Dungeon Siege 3, Max Payne 3, Deus Ex 3 and Diablo... 3. Will be getting a new PC soon. Old one needs a re-format and is getting on a bit. Keep playing online games in the meantime. I quite like Bowmaster Prelude and a sequel called Bowmaster Winter Storm which is still alpha/beta whatever.

We finally picked up DJ Hero last week and I have been scratching my way to DJ stardom ever since. I hadn't liked the look of the game because the music isn't really my cup of tea, but it's much more fun to play than I anticipated. It also means our teeny-tiny flat now has yet another ridiculous computer game peripheral in it, which must be a good thing.

Just played it on the "Marvin" Spectrum emulator app on my android phone (app recommended, particularly if you have an android phone with a pull out keyboard.)

Unfortunately it is all scooter and no ninja. Don't play it for real, keep imagining what it should be like!

As top ten lists have become popular on other threads I thought I'd do one here.

1. Super Mario World
2. Super Street Fighter 4
3. Tetris
4. Portal 2
5. Killer Instinct
6. Uncharted 2
7. Angry Birds
8. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (yes I preferred this to Ocarina of Time)
9. Resident Evil 4
10. Zen Pinball

Special mention goes to FIFA and most sports games really but I didn't want to put them on the list as they'll more than likely have an improved version next year. Also Mirror's Edge might have made the list but it was a bit short.

Getting somewhat addicted to the Mount & Blade With Fire and Sword demo. It's a rather tough game, there isn't really a learning curve - it's rather tough to get going initially and you have to really time your moves, particularly if you're on horseback. But it's a lot of fun. Particularly in big cavalry battles and you're racing around jousting enemies, when you hit one spot on it's rather sweet.

One of those I'm sure if I want to buy it yet in case it screws up my study for the World Championships.

If we're talking about just computer games, Lemmings was basically my childhood describe in one computer game. I think a lot of people here would like it, and I'm pretty sure (well, maybe not since they made a new one not long ago) the original games are abandonware so you can get them free.

I wonder if they will bring out a boardgame version.
Maybe someone should bring a game of risk to a CO event to trial it.
