So, we've reached the end of the first week back on Countdown.

And early reports suggest a good chance of success for Adam Gillard on the back of 2 impressive centuries. But are we speaking too soon...... :?:

Join Mike later to complete the first week of recaps. ;) :) :D

Did Ray declare "finaly" (finally) in round 6, and if so, did they award him the points. Dunno if I misheard him saying felony.

Brilliant performance today, much better then the previous two. If you keep that up you'll do awesomely. You beat me 110-102. I was furious at myself for missing ROGATIONS, but there you go.

DEWORMS as a dc beater btw.

Is 196 the highest combined 15-round score?

1st numbers alternate: (100 x 10) - (10 x 9) - (6 - 2)

My bad. Cheers Joseph.

WP again Adam. COUNTDOWN CLICHE ALERT... I thought the challenger was pretty good today, and was unlucky to come up against such a good opponent.

That's the slowest Adam's ever buzzed in.

Nowhere close. The best is 241 in the CoC XII when Mark Tournoff & Matthew Shore played each other. That was 124-117.

I don't know! I think I just clapped along with the audience for the first second or two at the end of a game until I remembered that I'm not in the audience and don't need to clap.

Edit: I'm surprised you didn't pick up on me playing to the cameras during the really easy numbers round
