I qualify for an IVA (surely you've washed enough of your dirty washing on this forum I hear you ask) but I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY ARE SHIT.
Bankrupcy is supposed to be better but until I can get off my arse and go to the CAB I would welcome some advice.
