C2: Someone.
DC: Susie Dent and Andrew someone.
RR: Rachel Riley.
OT: Other words or solutions.
Round 15: T E E U P L A T E
C1 buzzes on 0.0001 seconds to say EPAULETTE which is correct.

Oh well. We'll have to wait and see.
In the meantime Jack Hurst has to fend off someone else and score 149 in the process...
Robbo will be around... at midnight, probably.

I'm going to post actual spoilers in your thread and slightly off-topic ones in the thread I started.

I don't think tafias can be pluralised, but I'm not a lexicographer.

Just checked in slow-mo and the challenger had definitely beaten Jack to the conundrum but didn't have his finger on the buzzer! Ouch.

LIKE! You can tell that he lost his mojo half way through the game.tomrowell wrote:That certainly wasn't groovy babyLiam Tiernan wrote:Just checked in slow-mo and the challenger had definitely beaten Jack to the conundrum but didn't have his finger on the buzzer! Ouch.
Also, since Ryan introduced me to this openbook thing, I can't get off it. It's awesome. Saw a few Austin Powers statuses on there.

Conundrums: must remember to put your finger on the buzzer - terribly easy to forget this!
Just flicked through it, felt pretty bad for the challenger at the end, but some good banter with Jack. What's his total now?

It's 703.Michael Wallace wrote:What's his total now?
If he repeats his two lowest scores so far in his final two games, he'll miss the record aggregate score by just one point.

Hmm, well given that it's World Statistics Day I'm going to use my statistical powers and conclude that the real total is 704.5.Josh Hurst wrote:706.

My total of 703 assumes that he got 115 today. I haven't seen the prog yet, but that's what I'm told he got.

Re: Spoilers for Wednesday 20 October 2010
He did indeed score 115 today. 112+114+115+120+120+122=703 Soz Howard. I thought I remembered adding it up as 706 at the time, so presumed it was that. I then realised, after reading your post, that I remembered incorrectly, and looked back at my sheet where I had indeed written down 703. I know that he loses the next game and It's all irrelevant and I never posted a spoiler in a spoilerz thread.Howard Somerset wrote:My total of 703 assumes that he got 115 today.
