Spoilers For Thursday October 14th 2010

Post by James Robinson »

Well, well, well, just when you think the series couldn't get any more exciting up pops Jack Hurst, 114 points on the clock, and if he keeps that up for another 7 shows, he'll find his name crossed off Master Monaghan's Christmas card list.

But, are jumping the gun here :?: After all he could just flop today.

To find out, join me for the Robinson Recap later. ;) :) :D

First time I've managed to watch a game go out 3.25 on Channel 4 for a while, and it's a great chance to check out the competition for the weekend.

A very impressive performance Jack, both countdown-wise and in terms of on-screen personality. I'm going to have to practice my wisecracks for Saturday.

Immensely enjoyable today! I have renewed interest in the show! :D

Just to be a little pedantic, Susie wasn't quite right with her explanation of POSADAS. She said POUSADAS were state-run hotels in Portugal and POSADAS were the Spanish equivalent. Generally-speaking, a POSADA is just an inn, the state-run hotels in Spain are PARADORS. But I'll forgive her this one because she's not often inaccurate.

Unfortunately Jack won't be there on Saturday Martin. You'll have to settle for the evil Hurst brother.

Well, that was a waste of 45 minutes then.

Well done Jack. Can't believe you missed 875 the simple way, or even adding on a different number to your complicated solution would have given it you. Never mind, you got the points. :P Can't wait for tomorrow's - let's hope you max it.

Indeed, Jack, sit still. I was in the audience and Jay was frantically trying to tell you to do just that, obviously to no avail. Good game though.

For a second I thought Jack was doing a trick handshake at the end, when he suddenly retracted his arm. Well done again, Jack.

He was. What was all that about Jack? Or did you extend your hand for a handshake then realise you had sweaty/dirty hands and then wipe them on your top?

Mike cable was stopping me from leaning ovedr all the way, so had to give it a yank.

Who is Mike Cable? Any relation to Vince? And was this "yank" a sex act?
