Question re start of series 59

Damian (or anyone else who's in the know) - is series 59 going to follow straight on from the end of this series (i.e. Series 58 Final on the Friday, first game of series 59 on the Monday), or is there going to be a gap in between? Just wondering, because it seemed like this series was finishing a little bit early. Thanks for any info

It's much the same as last year - series 57 started on Monday 25th June 2007, series 59 is due to start Monday 23rd June 2008 (if it does kick off straight after the end of this one). Series 55 started even earlier, on Monday 19th June 2006, but this was after the super-long Series 54 and subsequent CofC. The previous summer-starting series began on Monday 28th June 2004 and Monday 30th June 2003, so there has been a bit of slippage since then.

Series 59 kicks off on Monday June 23rd and should run until Dec 19th.
