I have already Liked this, but I did genuinely A-lol at this.Lesley Hines wrote:Does term start Thursday or next Monday for you?
I know you were sacked but you've still got it.Kirk Bevins wrote:How much research did you do? If you're going to do something like that, at least spend a bit of time getting facts. Hargreaves is spelt wrong for a start and how did Jon O'Neill lose so early on - he's quality now. I think you should redo it, checking out all their games and work out what percentage of the maximum each got on their respective runs and then make a more accurate one. Don't post here until you've finished. You have 2 weeks.
The one that says "Yes - you read it right. Austin Shin managed one measly point but still somehow won because over the course of 15 rounds, Bhavin Manek was unable to find a single word or numbers solution"? I can't find it.Robert Baxter wrote:See note at top.Howard Somerset wrote:Interesting score in the first SF.
Yup. Baxter strings a load of nonsense together and my theory is that it's a bit mental.Lesley Hines wrote:Does string theory come into this anywhere?
Your game against me sounds about right. Of the 5 games on Apterous we've played, you've won every single one but none by more than 10.Tom wrote:Shame my surname isn't spelt correctly but I'll let you off this time. Don't know where you get your scores and predictions from. A lot of the players there I don't recognise and I never watched Conor apart from in his C of C but I'm sure he would have beaten me every time.
Otherwise, its nice to know you have such a high opinion of me!

I MEAN THE NOTE THAT SAYS:Gavin Chipper wrote:The one that says "Yes - you read it right. Oh right - so they had a game, that ended in a tie but a fairly normal score. And then they had a replay that ended with a single point scored. All makes sense now.Robert Baxter wrote:I MEAN THE NOTE THAT SAYS:

No, there were 3 games - as you see if they hover over. The site thinks it's a best of 3 type thing, so the points mean 1 win to Austin and 0 wins to Bhavin.Gavin Chipper wrote:Oh right - so they had a game, that ended in a tie but a fairly normal score. So Conor and Tom played 209 games between them? Can I suggest you bring in a sudden death situation into this tourney? Otherwise there will be a considerable number of er, geriatric ones.Robert Baxter wrote:No, there were 3 games - as you see if they hover over. But that only applies to Manek v Shin.Lesley Hines wrote:So Conor and Tom played 209 games between them? Can I suggest you bring in a sudden death situation into this tourney?
