Frustration

For those games which are neither brag nor scrag, just agonising.

The line on the clock told me the conundrum hadn't revealed the last letter (bug); I had ADIEU but was unsure of the spelling, and was unaware of the plural.

My round 4 pick hasn't made it to the ODE, would've been one of my best ever picks otherwise.

86 points after 7 rounds and then just 28, thought about DELETIONS but in the end left it, should have got the conundrum, this couldve been such a high score! :( :(

MEMES MEMES MEMES MEMES MEMES MEMES everywhere.

It would be cool if someone compiled a list of OED words from newest to oldest.

Lost out on a perfect game from a nine I hadn't heard of, touch annoyed about missing purloin but missing the easy numbers game fluffed any chance of the high score table.

Probably the closest I'll ever come to a max speedgoat :( http://www.apterous.org/viewgame.php?game=63888
Only one darrenic round, so it was pretty easily, but it would've been nice nonetheless.

And a similarly scatological 7, but sadly neither are valid.

Funnily enough (or not) I did quite strongly consider offering shitpile, though I'm thankful I didn't. It's odd, isn't it, how when you're out of form slightly in Standard, the interactive element of Goat (or What If?, in fact, Charlie could that be implemented as a variant?) tends to spur the mind to greater things :)

Nearly my very first perfect game. Admittedly its in juniors, so not much in terms of bragging right compared to others, but still very frustrating! Personally i'd never heard of the conundrum before though.

What's the longest word ever offered? I offered a 15 in SENSELESSNESSES today but sadly the new dictionary isn't up yet and it was disallowed. What's been the longest valid offering?

in hyper unlimited you could play POSSESSIONLESSNESSES, which, if nothing else, is the word with the most Ss in it.

Of course you could play it, but it's not in the dictionary.

(Besides it'd be playable in normal Unlim anyway)

Not frustrating at all, and my opponents played really well, but it would've been nice to have eeked out a victory somewhere. If I'd stuck with TORNADO in the first game and spotted HANDLES in the second I'd have won both .

Two large generates the highest percentage of solvable solutions. I assume Jason took this into consideration when he made his selection.

And then straight afterwards, a very gettable 6 missed, meaning the max was missed.
