Is it me or did that guy just get a round of applause for telling me how to buy orange juice?

For those of us who didn't see the show - can anyone offer an explanation for this?

np - Guy in DC is some money saving expert. He talked about persuasive language in supermarkets and asked Jeff and Susie which is the worst value for money from the following options:

- Buy 2 get one free
- A third off the price
- 40% extra free

Pretty easy when you think about it for 5 seconds. Susie got it right but Jeff didn't. He demonstrated using 3 cartons of orange juice.

Argh, agonisingly close. I thought I had a max game today and turns out I got 14 maxes, missing the darrenical 7 from:
NHCUIODIR

I usually get this word when it comes up on apterous too, along with its 9-lettered inflection. Grrrrr.

Just watched the programme, Rich has given the scores, and yes the recap will be soon. Not as quickly as you'd have done it, though.
