Just wanted to say a little 'hi' to all, and I hope you're all doing well. I'm not up to date in here and have only been dipping in and out reading snippets because I have been really busy setting up my own business! I know that as the majority of you are foxy young stud muffins, middle aged women's weight management is probably the last thing you want to read about , but I thought I'd let you know anyway, as fellow forumites.
