I didn't get it, but HATORADE was in round 12. Also that final numbers that Rachel got late by doing 473 + 100 = 573, I got two completely different (and I would argue much more straightforward) ways in the time:
100*(4+1)+9*7+10 = 573
(100+9*10+1)*(7-4) = 573
Her way was (9*4+7)*(10+1)+100 = 573. I suppose you see it how you see it.

I got HATORADE - one of those extremely obscure words you wouldn’t find in any other dictionary.
Interesting bit of Countdown trivia: a target of 100, though has occasionally appeared recently includng today, appeared way back in 1994 [
https://wiki.apterous.org/Episode_1504] - but as the 100 card was also drawn the contestants were encourgaed not to just give ‘100’ as a solution.

I did it a completely 'nother way
(100-10+4) x (7-1) = 564; 564 + 9 = 573
