364 is pretty much the number of days in a year, i.e. 7 (days) x 52 (weeks)
7 = (100 + 75) / 25
52 = 50 + 10/5

I wonder how much longer Joel Lane-Smith’s “Marmaduke” selection of 4 large numbers coupled with the leftmost and rightmost small numbers from the second row will catch on. It’s a fun way to pick 4 large either way.

I saw it as 91 × 4 and knew anyway that 91 was 7 × 13 so pieced it together from there.
