Crash Courses, do they work?

The unfortunately named crash course in passing your driving test, has anyone done one and was it worth the money?
In lieu of a payout for my bike accident, I feel it's time I've passed my test
But I'm not very patient ( see my crash diet results)
So I kinda wanted to do an intensive driving course ( a better terminology)
But I'm thinking that a decent rapport with your teacher is important

My daughter passed her driving test in February this year having done a crash course. She went from complete rookie to competent driver in 4 weeks. I agree that the rapport with the teacher is important.

You probably need to keep driving regularly immediately after passing though. I'd say the skill is more likely to fade if it was acquired in a short time.
