Using Apterous for Scrabble

Deliberating whether to re-subscribe to Apterous for Scrabble training purposes. Anyone know if there are many scrabblers using the site? Would anyone recommend it for scrabbling purposes?
Does it have the updated (CSW24) Scrabble word list?
