Think today was the first game where, if it had been played earlier in the series, would have had a different outcome.
minuter x was one of the words that the current #1 seed declared.
(note - it is still valid on aperous - slipped through the net on the dictionary purge! MINUTEST is specified in the dictionary so is still valid)

Really bad luck that. Strange decision to remove it, there are minuters all over the place.
At least with the numbers rounds you can play with confidence.
