Another nervy from our champion Caroline, our challenger Heather takes advantage of the situation by getting 1 the other way and reducing the arrears to 5 points ...........but Ms Riley gets to shine and produces a perfect 10............I used a completely different method to solve this bad boy !

What a way to become an octo-champ by spotting a 9............there are 4 of them in total in this rather nice selection letters.......no extra points if you spot the others, but for Heather it is game over !

C2 buzzes on 12 seconds to say FLUCTUATE which is correct.
Final Score: 91–71 (max 139)

So Caroline becomes an octo-champ and finishes on 668 points averaging out at 83.5 points a game she now finishes as the 5th seed when the finals for series 88 will start in December, take nothing away from Heather she gave Caroline a run for her money but had last laugh by solving the conundrum. Join me again where we will start the new week with two brand new contestants, in the meantime it is bye for now.
