Like the ‘40’ decorations. Floella is a little slow, but pleasant and amiable; looking at the camera rather than the clock when starting it would be better. Clips from the archives are a nice change from the Teasers. Doing away with the Teasers means the show can return straight to the action. Consistent declaration order, another yes.

Love the set (and titles). Looking forward to seeing what's to come over the next 4 weeks, especially what flashbacks we'll see.

I would have thought if they were going classic clips, they could have done better than Jon Culshaw having some sort of a breakdown.

Great to see seemingly ageless legendary presenter Floella Benjamin hosting the show this week. Many of us remember her fondly from Playschool and Play Away.
