Interested to see how this goes! Perhaps a good way for C4 to try out a few candidates for the full time slot :)

I was supposed to film on the Monday of that recording block, and afaik the next block is supposed to be filmed next week going by the dates that I was offered. Thinking Les Dennis filmed on the Tuesday and Jenny filmed on the Wednesday if this is the case?

I wouldn’t be surprised if they stop bothering having a permanent presenter, just have guest hosts… which I actually think could be a good idea. It’s worked for other shows.

I hate Les Dennis. He's an old fashioned fossil.

He’s announced on Twitter that’s he on from 4-15 August; so that’s 8 shows rather than 10 (they have filmed 4 in a day instead of the usual 5 before).

Love this. Les Dennis was actually my late Grandmother's suggestion to take over from Richard back in 2005. Reckon he'll be natural at it, but not sure whether he'd want the role permanently since he seems to do more acting than presenting these days
