"A couple of ways..." -oh STFU Rachel!

Has anyone else had their fill of Rachel's "a couple of ways" catchphrase?
When she first started using it, it was
1. Used sparingly
2. Used only when a sitter had been missed.
To my mind, that was fine.
But lately she has started to go over the top with it. (Maybe it's Anne's influence.)
Nowadays we hear that phrase at least once a week, if not every 2nd show. And she uses it for some fairly tricky solutions that could be easily missed by even a decent numberist. e.g. In Rd6 of today's game [https://wiki.apterous.org/Episode_7794] she used her fave catchphrase for a sum that did have 12 solutions, but 11 of those were just variations on the 9x92 theme. It was actually the first time I yelled "Oh stfu Rachel" at the telly since she started in 2009, and as a massive Rachel fan in general, those words did not come easily. (whereas my daily "You go f**k yourself!" response was delivered with some relish when Nick closed with his cheesy "You be sure of it" line.)
