Exciting. As of the first break he's already got 22 so he's 2/3 of the way there. Just needs the 1.

OK. I thought he said PROPHETIC, so I was a bit surprised by how things panned out.

I've just re-watched it a couple of times and what he says sounds like a cross between PATHETIC and PROPHETIC, and I've flip-flopped on this but my current feeling is it sounds more like PROPHETIC (there does seem to be an r in what he says). I don't know what the rules are regarding someone who retracts their answer before giving the answer, then gives a slightly ambiguous answer!

If playdate had been in and geezer hadn't missed the relatively straightforward numbers afterwards, there would have been 1 point in it at the end.

It's pretty weird that she had the handlebars, frame and brakes though. Not to mention the quickshift gears.

She must have been a remarkable woman. Or just would have made a very poor bike.

So does a bicycle need a man like a fish needs a bicycle?
I'm not dead yet. In a rut right now because of stress from work. I'll be back later in S89. I also plan to bring back the Mastergram - if I can find a way to run a timer or clock through pure MediaWiki without having to upload to Vimeo every time.

Interesting. That was worth waiting a month for. I hope Sue Gray delivers equally decisive news.

Yeah, that's because I'm a month behind. Have often wondered about putting the posts out of order by commenting late but can't see anything to say it's not allowed. Don't worry I shan't do it again.

Don't worry it was genuinely interesting that the subtitler thought it was "Prophetic" too. Wonder what the rules are on this (someone retracting a correct answer). I don't see a problem with commenting on older threads. I just commented on a post from 2019!

Actually the subtitler thought it was ProThetic, which is a cross between Pathetic and Prophetic, which you wrote at the time, so you were right then!
I've stopped worrying :-)
