Thoughts on Andy Windsor.
I must admit I would love to see him squirm in court.
This could make him bankrupt.

I haven't really followed this closely enough to know all the ins and outs. There seems to be a case to answer, but why is it a civil one rather than criminal?

A, I think she wants her day in court.
B, It will help with her book deal
C, Apart from Boris getting ousted, watching the not so grand old Duke of York sweating in court is something for the whole nation apart from Queenie and Nicholas Witchell , to enjoy

I rarely indulge in schadenfreude, and you have to feel for both the queen and his daughters. But if he knowingly committed rape, either by the laws of the state he was in, or by knowing she was not a willing partner, then he should be tried as a criminal. If it was unwitting - i.e. he thought she was of age and wanted to be there, then perhaps compensation seems like the right outcome? Dunno - haven't followed closely enough, but I'm sure all the salacious details will emerge in the months to come.

Settled out of court.
With taxpayers money presumably as I don't think he as so much as a paper round to earn his own money.
So much for her wanting her day in court
I'm sure the money comes with a NDA

If it's not two extremely rich people against each other, this is the only likely outcome to my mind.
