I got BOUILLI in R2:

bouilli
Pronunciation: /ˈbuːji/
NOUN

[MASS NOUN]
Stewed or boiled meat.

I suppose it becomes a dish of bouilli once the meat has been stewed/boiled so I think the +S plural would be allowed; could go either way.

Only one solution to the first numbers. Can anyone get it without looking it up?
