If you're in an Indian restaurant, it won't be on the menu, but ask if they can make a peshwari paratha. Life will never be the same.

I saw on tv recently someone making Disc chips.
Basically chips and gravy with mozzarella cooked in the oven.
Sounds awful but suitable for vegetarians as most gravy granules contain no meat

Never heard of disc chips. Sounds like you're talking about poutine. Except any Canadian worth a moose's guff goes absolutely mad when someone British dares to call it poutine when they're using mozzarella. It's gotta be the curds. Proper.

I was very sceptical about poutine. Chips and gravy, yes. Chips and cheese, yes. Cheese and gravy?
But it's amazing. Had it in Vancouver and fantastic stuff when done well.

For a vegan you're getting a bit too enthusiastic about it.

Yeah sorry its a typo it should have been disco chips or disco fries as they say stateside
I guess if yoy put cheese ob a burger its nit a stretch to mix cheese and gravy

Poutine is indeed what Canadians call it

I went a couple of times in between lockdowns when it was decided that it was a good thing to eat out.

You're a better person than me. The first restaurant I went to had very good social distancing measures though. The staff all wore masks and they put up temporary walls between all the tables. The second one less so, but it was quite empty, so lower risk that way.

Dunk biscuits in orange juice. You don't have to use a crappy hot brown drink.

Back to chips.
Dipping your fast food chips in your milkshake (chocolate or vanilla) is very nice.
Also mayo on chips is better than ketchup.

I concur that Digestives work great in orange juice. Not done that for years though.

Can't remember if I've tried that, but I like orange/chocolate, so I don't see why not.

Yeah chocolate orange is good.
Ive been experimenting with various different flavours of Mocha.
I have a few jars of Options.
Salted caramel and chocolate orange is nice but not chocolate mint
