I was very sceptical about poutine. Chips and gravy, yes. Chips and cheese, yes. Cheese and gravy?
But it's amazing. Had it in Vancouver and fantastic stuff when done well.

You're a better person than me. The first restaurant I went to had very good social distancing measures though. The staff all wore masks and they put up temporary walls between all the tables. I concur that Digestives work great in orange juice.
